There are many areas in which organizations have chosen to use CMC technologies to further their goals. Some hospitals provide their patients with online access to health records. Some political groups encourage political activism through their Web sites and communications to interested constituents. Telecommuting and group collaboration software applications provide alternative means for employees to perform their work.
I began working in the training and development field in April 2000, I became a customer service and sales trainer; I served in that capacity until 2006. In 2007 I traveled the domestically and globally delivering training to trainers (T-3) on such topics as customer service, leadership development, presentation skills and techniques, and sales skills.
In 2007 I began working in instructional design team, where I found a new passion.
