In a world of constant change to meet organizational needs, learning is on-going and potentially overwhelming for both organizations and learners. I have over ten years of experience creating supportive and positive learning experiences wherein learners acquire the skills necessary to keep up with ever-changing organizational needs.
I am an experienced professional in the field of instructional design having analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, evaluated, and managed the instructional material development overall process including programs, curricula, and people. Pedagogical and andrological methodologies are deeply rooted in my process of creating any instructional material or learning experience as well as staying educated in today’s instructional technology trends.
Equipping people with the knowledge and tools needed to reach their fullest potential in their job is my passion and greatest reward.
I am a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) professional organization and the ATD Washington, D.C. chapter, in which I am currently studying to obtain the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification.
My educational background is in Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) with a concentration on interface design and human factors. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in IDT from Walden University with highest honors including the prestigious Presidential Commendation for Academic Achievement award having maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout the degree program. I am also a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society and Golden Key National Honor Society where I was nominated in 2016 and 2017 to attend the International Scholar Laureate Program (ISLP) Delegation on International Diplomacy and Relations.
